Erich did a fantastic job helping us find a home, in an incredibly challenging market. I transferred to Denver for work on short notice, and he really came through for me. I called him on a Sunday night, having already purchased tickets out to Denver metro to look for a home. Erich made room in his schedule with less than 12 hours notice to show us homes! We only had one day to look and he was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and I will add we are pretty particular. Erich was really personable and knowledgeable, if you’re looking for real estate near Denver/Longmont he will not let you down!

We were extremely lucky to find Erich. He was very prompt, professional, and exceeded our expectations. Despite the tough market for home buyers right now, we were able to buy a house and closed within a month. During the inspection process the inspector noticed the house had an old roof. Erich called his roofer to give it a closer look, and it turns out the house needed a new roof. We were able to get several concessions from the seller - including a brand new roof! His expertise and attention to detail saved us a lot of money in repairs down the road. We would definitely recommend Erich to anyone looking to purchase a house in the area.

Erich was wonderful to work with. We were relocating for a new job, and connected with Erich by chance through contacting Coldwell Banker. Erich was happy to take time on his Sunday to discuss our relocation needs with us, and he went out of his way to go see houses for us even in undesirable weather conditions (after a really big blizzard). He helped us navigate through buying a house remotely, and it was wonderful to work with him. He was always responsive and took great care of us and our needs. The process of buying a house without seeing it in person was made so much easier by Erich's willingness to give us a video tour and make sure all of our questions were answered. We closed in 30 days with no issues, and he has made this relocation process so easy and stress-free for us.
