Fort Collins
Fort Collins is an awesome college town with many community events and festivals, great shopping and dining and plenty of nightlife. Add in the recreation of Horsetooth Reservoir and Mountain Park and the Poudre River Canyon and it's no wonder so many people want to live here! Did I mention that it's the Napa Valley of Beer? New Belgium Brewing and Odell Brewing are two of the largest and longest running breweries in the State.

Loveland
Nestled up against the foothills, Loveland has a great small-town vibe and is the gateway to the Rocky Mountains. Many new dining, shopping and entertainment venues have popped up recently as a part of the downtown revitalization. Recreation opportunities abound here with many lakes, reservoirs and hiking and biking trails. Loveland is known as Bronze sculpture capital of the USA, hosting a number of foundries and the largest bronze art show in the country.

Berthoud
Step into downtown Berthoud and it's like stepping back to a simpler time, one that is classic Americana. There aren't many places that still have an original drive-in A&W anymore and the main street is a postcard for Anytown, USA. You won't see many big name, chain stores here and that's the way folks like it. Berthoud has been growing over the last few years, probably the biggest addition is Heron Lakes, the new TPC golf course. Soon there will be a new community recreation center to serve the many families who now call Berthoud home.

Windsor
Windsor is a shining star in Northern Weld County! Just East of I-25 Windsor is one of the area's fastest growing communities. A wide variety of homes are available here, from starter communities to spectacular acreages and high-end waterfront homes. Known for it's amazing golf courses, fantastic schools and top-notch rec center there's lots to love about Windsor. Grab your bike and pedal east or west on the Poudre River Trail or head downtown to enjoy a local restaurant. Windsor has a great small town, community feel with lots of friendly folks. Convenient to Fort Collins, Greely, Loveland and I-25, Windsor is a centrally located hub for those who like to get out and explore all that Northern Colorado has to offer.
